“Love keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance… Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 5-7,13)
Think of who you really truly love alongside this quote. I can think of only a few friends this works with, but mostly my family.
That’s why I always argue the importance of this word. It’s such an important word we all just throw around without meaning. That’s why to me, saying I love someone or something is A BIG DEAL. A lesson most of us need to learn.
And ditto to the word hate.
